You are looking at a
Thorpe of Carlisle book autographed by Hall of Famer Red Grange! This book is written about Carlisle Indian Legend and Hall of Famer Jim Thorpe. Authored by James Andrew Peterson back in 1950s and published by Hinckley & Schmitt.
This is an amazing vintage collectible that has a very GREAT autograph within.  James Peterson also wrote a book called Grange of Illinois, among others.  He used to have these players at the book events so that is why Red Grange signed the Thorpe of Carlisle book.  You don't see these books very often, and especially autographed by a legend and Hall of Famer.
Book is in good shape for its age.  Some spotting here and there but pretty good.  The autograph would be a high rated and real nice!
