16" total length. There some light wear to the pressure points of a couple areas, on the beads near the neckline. There is some light tarnish and wear to the hardware in between the beads at the back of the neck. Overall none of these deter and this necklace look quit good to the eye in person. The bigger beads are about 1/2".
