Radiant P1510 POS Terminal - Refurbished - New Touchscreen

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Terminal has been fully refurbished and tested. To refurbish, we have put a brand new touchscreen on the unit, replaced all capacitors on the motherboard, and new power supply CPU fans. We have also fully cleaned the interior and exterior of the unit and painted the plastics back to OEM color so they are like new. Units may or may not have a Windows license sticker present. Buyer is responsible for the operating system, OS licensing cost, imaging of the hard drive, and configuration. We will provide a blank IDE hard drive that has been tested (40GB or 80GB) and will be ready for you to image. We offer no post sale support and do not take returns for configuration or software related issues. Buyer must ensure software will be compatible with this operating system and hardware. We will only take returns if the terminal is dead on arrival or is having hardware related issues only, not anything in regards to software, configuration, or compatibility.

WARRANTY: We will warrant these units for 60 days from the day of purchase for hardware issues only. This extends to the moving parts inside the terminal. Warranty does not include damage, accidental or not, or abuse to the unit. It also does not cover "acts of god" including natural disaster, storm related, or flooding damage. We reserve the right to refuse warranty if unit damage is deemed caused by the buyer. In the event a buyer needs to send unit in for warranty repair within 90 days, they are responsible for proper packaging to avoid further damage and also responsible for cost to ship the unit here and back. Buyer must secure notify seller within 60 days and must receive an RMA number first before sending unit it. Terminals sent in without proper RMA and approval will be charged for regular repair fees and parts.
