    High quality ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) low-profile, quick release sockets. 24 pin with handle.
    For use in vintage drum machines or other hardware. These ZIFs will fit 24-pin EPROM chips that found in Linn Drum "LM2" drum machine (all sounds), the bass drum in Sequential Circuits Drumtraks, and likely any other machines that use similar 24-pin EPROM chips.
    These are high quality and made in America. Many others on ebay are of cheap quality and the release lever takes up too much space inside the drum machine unit. These ZIF sockets are of excellent quality, feature a metal lever, and will allow you years of safe, trouble-free swapping of EPROM chips inside whatever unit you may have.
