Description
This is a lightly used pre-owned engraved German silver stainless steel 3/8 diameter tapered smooth weighted snaffle bit with 3-1/4 inch diameter Lone Star Dee Rings made by Les Vogt and is maker marked.  This heavy 1-1/2 pound bit features a 3/8 diameter by 5.25 inches wide snaffle mouthpiece to prevent inner cheek scuffing with 1.25 long precision fitted swived tubes.
The stainless steel Dee rings feature beautifully engraved German Silver overlays and a raised 3D star center.  The heavy 1-1/2 pound weight encourages the horse to lower his poll and achieve a level topline.
This smooth snaffle is a perfect comunication tool for for all levels of snaffle training and the weight enhances the soft feeling with release and balance.   The bit has more release than most snaffles, therefore higher performance levels are achieved with less effort on the part of the rider.  Like all Les Vogt products, the fit, finish, and quality of this piece of quality tack is second to none.
