This book is in great condition, with the only defect of note being an approximately 1/2 inch "rubbing" on the front cover at the outside edge. The pages are near mint, and there are only 4 signings/inscriptions in the entire book, confined to the endpages. This is in excellent collectible condition and is a significant book.
